Enjoy a peaceful 3,200 m² garden with mature trees, a relaxation area, heated pool, and barbecue. Direct access to country trails will delight hiking and cycling enthusiasts, whether along the Loire or through the vineyard hills. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 8 beds (three 160 cm double beds, one 140 cm double bed, and four single beds), accommodating up to 12 guests. There are 2 bathrooms (with bathtub, shower, baby bathtub, and baby seat), a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a converted garage with a ping-pong table and foosball. Bed linen and towels are available on request, as well as a cleaning service, each for an extra fee.
